sir1199.prl: Simple IR system, writen in perl
             You have to specify some parameters. See the code.

1199.irt:    Output of the system in IREX format.

1199.trt:    Output of the system in TREC format.

1199_A.scr:  Score of the output (A as the answer) by trec_eval

1199_B.scr:  Score of the output (A&B as the answer) by trec_eval

merge_100?.irj: Sample file for irex-browse
             See IR_TOOLS/readme for how to use irex-browse.
             Once you install IR_TOOLS and set up the environment.
             Run "mule merge_100?.irj" and type "M-x irex-browse"
             or "C-u M-x irex-browse" followed by "1199".
